Two days blurred together with inactivity.
Been rather socked in with a cold. Decided to collapse and let my body rest. Did most of the exercises. Ate well.
Absolutely loved Patrick's email today about the stuff of stars that make up my very own flesh. Lying in bed, resting, I felt the fragility of my atomic structure. The balance that can easily be tipped on direction or another.
Mounds of snow outside. Quiet inside.
It's a little challenging to start something so energetic when the weather and the season is telling us to conserve our energy. It's been an unusually cold and snowy winter in Kentucky, and we're all struggling with it. But it's interesting to feel the vibrations starting, even amidst the hibernation.
ReplyDeleteFeel better soon! I started KFB just as I was starting to feel better from the flu, 4 days prior. But keeping the workouts, definitely helped me stay on track and speed my recovery.
ReplyDeleteHi Deborah! That is one gorgeous photo. Glad to see you partaking in this project, especially since it involves the stuff of stars. Yes! Yes to all of that.
ReplyDeleteI'm a bit regretful to not be doing KFB with you guys, but it's truly not the right time for me. Will keep checking back to your blogs, though. I look forward to being inspired by your experience. Enjoy...
Deborah, I am following you and rooting for you! So happy to read your beautiful writing again!
